Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring into your kind attention that I and my family are suffering from last 07 days after buying a Campomatic washing machine. We have bought the Campomatic front load washing machine on 30th April 2018 from Sharaf DG outlet Dubai UAE. Unit was delivered on the next day 01st May 2018.

As the supplier delivered and installed the machine and left my house. The same day in evening I attempted washing clothes and found that unfortunately the unit was defected. There was an error on the screen “dE” that is door lock error.

I called immediately at the same time to Sharaf DG and raised the complaint. After that, we had 04 visits of technician from Campomatic company but Washing machine is still not fixed. The last visit of technician was today 08th May 2018 when i called on this number [protected] in presence of technician and some one advised the technician on phone call to pull out the unit, the same is taken out from my home to workshop.

This is regret to say that I am very disappointed with “Campomatic Brand” and the service you provide is very poor. From last 10 days me and family are suffering because we are waiting for the machine to be fixed or replaced but the company is failed to do so.

I request you to replace this unit, as I do not want to use a defective and repaired unit. I would make sure to write the maximum reviews and comments on maximum mass media and will give feedback to my all friend circle if my unit is not replaced.

I humbly request that i would not appreciate and accept a repaired unit. I want a replaced unit as the mentioned one is defective. And even it is repaired but i would not accept it, as it is just one week I bought it and it is faulty from the first day of purchase.

I want unopened and sealed box to be delievered in my doorstep where the technician fix and unbox in front of me.

I am hoping a quick and positive response from the authorities/manufacturer/management.
