I ordered a cap & coat from shopping website shein.com. When i inquired about my order, as the tracking for product was not working i found they had no customer care contact number just chat and email through website.Earlier I was told that the product is being shipped from outside India so it will take time but the screenshot for tracking that was sent showed Mumbai. When products arrived i was disappointed as i was cheated. The quality was really cheap for coat and cap…the lining tore as soon as i tried the coat.ill stitched. The product was defective as the incorrect stitching caused the front of the coat to look weird.buttons were almost about to fall off.interlock stitch was coming off..it was tight as well. When i contacted someone on chat i was told they will not accept the cap and not refund.the coat if returned will be at a cost on rs 65 charge.i had paid cash on delivery and the lady asked to give card details for refund i was not confident as they were frauds.i requested money to be in cash when person comes to pick and she wouldn’t respond.i asked for customer service number and she kept ignoring to answer my question and stated go and request return from website.when guy came to pick up coat he lied that someone will call me from customer service .i want this website to be banned as they are doing fraud..showing international products and selling rags.i want my entire amount of over rs 2800 that i paid and also claim a compensation for rs 5000 for cheating.
