I had cancelled an order amounting to Rs 7702 which had to be delivered in Delhi but i couldn’t recieve it as i was out of city for some work. So i cancelled the order then. They allowed cancellation of my order for which I already paid by my debit card and the money was refunded back to my “shein wallet” on 1st august, 2018. Then there is an option if you would like to withdraw the refund to your bank account and I did the same. I requested for withdrawal. They promised to credit my money in 7-15 days. It has already been 18 days now and I haven’t received any money yet. Neither they sent any email if the work was in progress. They sent me no email regarding that particular order. And the fishy thing is that when I tried to contact them by submitting a ticket for my delayed refund, my particular order was deleted from the “my orders” category of my account so I couldn’t even send a complain to them. There is no other means to contact them because the manual service they provide online never responds. I think they are trying to do a fraud with me. The amount of refund is quite big for me and I need it back. Please help.
