I bought a Sweater from SHEIN which was neither looking the way it looked in the picture nor was it of the size mentioned in the size chart. But that’s not the point, I returned it and then they sent me the mail that they have received it. And then on 28 dec 17, they sent me a mail that they have refunded my money and that it will appear on my bank account within 10-30 days. but it hadn’t yet. and now they are now replying to any of my messages, nor have they given any of their contact information.
