I had ordered some clothes from shein worth more than 4500 , the order was for 6 pcs of clothing and they sent me 3pcs all not what i had ordered at all .have been sending them return requests for almost a month , its been difficult to reach them on phone ,have been forwarding pics of the wrong package and requesting for return but all that they have said is that they have to speak to the courier company and get back to me.today they have sent me a message asking me to courier the package back to them. how unprofessional and down right cheap they can be . its been a frustrating experience , i will only shop on amazon from now on
