I had purchased an apple ipad air 2 128 GB wifi only gold, online, from a eshopping portal named Shopmonk, on 26th of June 2017. Purchase amount, after all discounts, was 34890/- INR and it was purchased online through my HDFC Credit Card . On 3rd of July 2017, I called up their customer care to enquire about the status of my product delivery, when I was told that the product was out of stock and that it would take around 7 to 10 days for the stock to be replenished. THereafter it would be shipped to me. In addition I would have to bear an additinoal charge of 3500/- odd INR, as GST would be applicable. I mentioned that I would get back with my decision. On 4th of July I decided to cancel the order, and thus wrote an email to their customer support id, as was instructed over the telephonic support. Thereafter I have not got any response confirming my cancellation request and updating me on the statsu of my refund. Since yesterday 5th July, I have tried contacting their customer support numbers +919035602244 and +918880802020, atleast 50 to 60 times, and the numbers are just not connecting. I have also written them 2 more times on email, to acknowledge my cancellatino request. However yet to get any response, and I fear that my money will not be refunded and I am being harassed.REquest your kind and imemdiate attention to bail me out of this situation please
