Even i am one of the customer of Skyline Waterfront.
I am facing the same issue as you guys.
The Builder is asking for more money now, saying you didnt pay money on time. but in the 1st case the builder has not intimated us of the payment to be made at all.

I have already made payment 75% of the payment and i live abroad.
All the while we used to get great customer care until we made 75% payment and suddently no news at all for 3-4 months and then we get a letter saying we dint make payment and hence need to make interest for late payment, which is ridiculous.

am trying to get in touch with Mr Dhiraj @ dhiraj@skylineconstructions no respone from past 2-3 months after repeatedly sedning emails and the customer care paerson ( Rashmi Gowda) keeps on sending emails about late payment to be made.

Guys . please be careful with such companies, who are so damn cheap for some 10-20 K they make your life a hell .

if anyone of you have faced such issue, please help me out to which lawyer did u use to put a case against these builders.
