hv order beauty product thru Nykaa….he courier boy contacted me today 21/01/19 and asked me come downstair ..at main gate of the Bldg and collect he parcel fm him as he is not getting parking inside the compound…which is totally wrong..everyday many companies are coming and delivering the parcels to us and no on has complaints…but this delivery boy was very rude & he went back without delivering the box….for which i was waiting since last week…his cell no is 7021455008…and now the status updated on your website consignee is not responding ..which is rediculous …..NYKAA is using very worst courier service
