I had booked a unit A 3 – 05032 under sobha dream acres-rain forest-wing on 8th october 2017 and had paid token advance of rs 1 lakh.
Due to financial constraint (as we are expecting a baby and sister’s marriage next year), we were not able to go for the property. We informed our crm (Mr. Arvind and Abishek) well in advance through personal calls and official mails (keeping Sobha crmerp mail id in cc). Despite of being informed by us about cancellation, we are still receiveing the mails about booking and TDS deduction.
There is not even a single reply from Sobha official mail id (crmerp).
We believe Sobha as an organisation should take this up considering our situation.
Not able to go for our dream home is not a pleasant thing for us too but there is a really pressing situation for us.
We request Sobha to process cancellation and refund the advance money as soon as possible.
