SpiceJet – Baggage lost in transit

Respected sir,
This mail is with regard to the baggage lost in transit on flight no SG422 on 16/4/2016 of SpiceJet from Hyderabad to mumbai. The case report no is 34995 and the PNR NO. is K9LG3D.
I am very disappointed with the poor response that I am getting from SpiceJet . After several phone calls , I have not received any mail or any other kind of response from them. Several times after I called up, I have been told that my case is on reversal and I would be getting around 2000/- for the baggage lost. I am not being given any phone number of any concerned person to whom I could speak to regarding this. I was not expecting such a irresponsible behaviour from SpiceJet and am very disappointed.

I would also like to point out that the amount which will be reversed back is too small. Even the cost of the empty bag was more than that around 6000/- Further, it contained branded jeans and shirts and nightwear which were brand new costing around 25000/- and had been purchased for the vacation. It had toiletries amounting to around 2000/. It contained watches, Chargers and pen drives of around 10000/. , footwear ( reebok-brand new) of around 7000/-

The mental harassment caused to the passenger who was already injured and was on a vacation to mumbai has also to be taken into account. His vacation was spoilt and he had to go for unnecessary shopping on the first day itself in spite of being injured. Kindly give a quick and meaningful response to this case, considering all the factors which have been mentioned above.
