Calling out a serious service lapse at @Stanza Living that has remained unresolved for over a week.
I gave clothes for ironing weighing 0.5 kg, but the bill was incorrectly generated for 5 kg. I immediately raised this with the RC and was informed that it was “under process.” Despite repeated follow-ups, the incorrect bill still stands after one week.
Because of this unresolved billing issue:
I am blocked from placing any new laundry orders (wash & fold).
I have been unable to give clothes for cleaning for over a week.
There is no washing machine available, leaving residents with no alternative.
This is not just a billing error but a complete breakdown of an essential service. Timely resolution and basic facilities are the bare minimum expected in a managed living setup.
