I have ordered two kurtis online in their website. My order number is STY[protected] .The amount was paid online as well.I have received the products which are totally different what they mentioned online the size was also mismatch. I have requested for return to them through a mail.They responded me with the detailed procedure. What made me to file a complaint against them is,
I) They asked me to return the product with my own shipping charges.
II) The amount refunded to me was with deduction of shipping charges again. The order value was 1500 but the refund I got is only 1200. Here I lost around 450 including the shipping charges for return.
III) Then the refund amount was added to the refund wallet of their shopping website which restricts my freedom of choice. How can I trust a website after this bitter experience and again buy a product from them.
Please solve the above issue so no other customer will be trapped in their marketing gimmicks.
