Dear Sir,
This letter is to register a complaint against SuaveStore. I got to know about this online portal selling high brand products through Facebook. Initially before placing the order whenever I called the mentioned numbers on their website www.suavestore.com , immediately someone would answer and respond to the queries. Before placing the order it was confirmed by them that the products are original with warranty and guarantee card and also will refund money if not satisfied with the products delivered.
In the month of December 2015 I placed my order under the reference no. #11001703438 where I had ordered for in total 3 products which consists of one wallet and 2 handbags. On receipt of the products on 12th December 2015, to my surprise all three products were wrong and faulty and damaged too. When contacted them they said we will replace with the right products and take back these ones. I requested for a refund but they denied and said we will send the right products as ordered. The products looked as first copy so I insisted for refund which they said we will process and finally on 15th January 2016 denied. They said they cannot do any refund.
I regularly kept following it up with them but no one answered the calls nor replied to my messages. I suggested a con call with someone in the management to clarify the issue but they stopped responding.
One fine day on 2nd February 2016, they sent one of the 3 products (wallet) and no feedback on the other two. The sent product does not look original so have kept it aside and is waste of my money. The people working with the company are arrogant and are forcing me to keep the products. The other two products were sent on 1st april 2016 and both of them wrong and damaged and now the company is not ready to take the products back. When trying to call them no one answers the call nor replying to my messages.
I have been cheated by the company by sending wrong and fake products and now forcing me to keep them and not refunding my amount. Sir, humble request to look into the matter and give me justice and penalize the company for cheating consumers like me and strict action against them so that not many like me are fooled by them.
