sir i have ordered a mobile phone that is micromax juice 3 from the syberplace.com on 14/12/2015 my order id is 100049444. but after a log waiting for my product i will canceled it on 03/01/2016. the team syberplace commit me refund on next 7-8 working days but still till today i am waiting for the refund of rupees 6599/- i contact the syberplace team many times but they still saying have patient we will send your refund by cheque of rupees 6860 including the interest for my money. that information i got from the team syberplace by there email [email protected] on 14/03/2016 but still i havn’t received any cheque on my address.
