Sir,
I have booked one Apple iPhone 5S-16GB (Silver) on 29.03.2016 vide Order no-100064194 online from syberplace.com. As per terms and conditions it is to be delivered within 7-13 working days. But it could not reach till now and when i track in Syber Ship Track Order by order no, it show only “order confirmed”. when i see the status in view order shipment category shows “Item Shipped vide shipment 100048222. There is no facility to talk to its executive and they don’t reply of email. one its executive chat with me via facebook, he told our one executive will call you and your problem will be resolved shortly.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
