Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a senheiser earphone for a less known website Syberplace.com on 17th february and made the payment online through netbanking for Rs. 790.Since then I have received no information whatsoever of the dispatch of the product.I have spent 50-100 Rs making calls to them.They do not respond to e-mails.Only place to reach them is facebook even there they are not giving a positive reply.I am from a weak background and this is hard earned money.Can you please tell me what do i need to do to get my money back?
