I had ordered a Sony xperia mobile phone over Syberplace.com on 28th Feb order no .100061008 and as COD was not available I had paid Rs 16,000/- over netbanking. The promising date of shipping was 7-13 days BT till today I.e., 21st March I haven’t received my product . The customer care people are not picking up the phone call. There are many people who hav come in trap of this fraudsters .Therefore I request the concerned authorities to help us ,The citizens of India to get our money refunded.
