I am facing the problem from Syberplace.com online vender i have booked the order no 100061444 Dt 01 march 2016 & given payment Rs 6999/- for Yu-Yuphoria Handset , but till date they are not dispatching my handset .They are not reverting on mail also not picking up phones . Now on 14 march they have updated the Wrong tracking no 157642987 ( This is in name of Harish- Faridabad ). I am worry about this Online vender , neither they have dispatching the handset nor refund the money .There are so many customers which are now surprise to see the attitude of syber place ….
