I placed on order on Syberplace.com on 29th february; A macbook pro for Rs.49999/- and the website promised shipping in 7 to 13 days, today(19/mar/2016) makes it already 20 days; they havent sent my product yet. The customer care number doesn’t work; They don’t reply to the email address provided in the website; I’ve already lost lot of money on that for waiting in their customer care number, wasting lot of hours for that.
