I placed order (order number 100057582) to buy Huawei Tab with SyberPlace E solutions, Hyderabad . I paid the amount Rs. 5499/. through net banking with Credit Memo #100001164. The tab is neither delivered to me nor money is refunded.In the Product tracking page it shows like the order is closed.
I have sent several mails and tried to call them. Initially they sent me mail saying that the product will be delivered shortly.
But now even after sending several mails, there is no response from their side.

Now i am requesting you to make my refund, otherwise i am forced to take a legal action against you.
