I have ordered a mobile through Syberplace on 2nd January 2016 and the same was not shipped after 7 days of placing the order. So, I called the customer care ask the reason, they replied that it will take another 10-15 days to ship the same. So, I told them to cancel my order and refund the amount to the original payment method. Its more than one month since I cancelled the order, I haven’t received the refund. I have sent more than 3-4 mails regarding this issue, but there is no reply from their side. And the contact number was always busy.
