This is with regard to an order I had made at www.syberplace.com on february 9 th 2016, which was cancelled the following day ( order #100056880). I have not yet received the refund after cancellation though it has been 3 weeks since I cancelled the order. Their phone lines are kept busy throughout the so called working hours. And they do not respond to the mails that I have sent. Kindly do the needful so as to process the refund at the earliest.
