Dear Team, I ordered Infoucs Mobile Handset from SyberPlace website with order no # 100050835 on 30th Dec 2015 and paid the amount through my credit card and when next day 31st Dec 2015 I inquired about my order status by email on their customer care mail I’d then they revert me with courier details of Amarex Courier with AWB No# 40655236300 and when I track the courier details on Amarex Courier website then I came to know it was a wrong courier detail as it’s destination point is different from mine then I again email to SyberPlace and inform them about the wrong courier details then they apologise and mailed me another courier details of Amarex Courier with AWB No# 40655236134 on 3rd Jan 2016 and this courier detail is also wrong and untraceable since 3rd Jan 2016 I am regularly trying SyberPlace Customer Care no but no one is picking the no and now they are not even responding my mails.
