I ordered a samsung galaxy j2 smartphone from syberplace on 01.03.2016(order no.#100061451) & paid Rs.7499/-online SBI netbanking through payU(transaction id.538882365).But after their timeline is long time over,they did not delivered me the product.I mailed them repeatedly to refund my money but they did not.Its been more than 1 month.Kindly take urgent step to resolve the issue.
