I have ordered cloths (two sarees) from website Kreeva.com on 07 May 2023. Total amount with shipping charges was Rupees. 4900, Order ID #001088700. My order received on 12 May 23 around 10 am. I opened & checked the cloths and found that the quality of material is worst and not same as shown on their website, both the sarees are not worth of the amount they charged. When I tried to place the return request, the return is not available for the order. I called on their customer care no. +918068494224 and asked to take return of my order and refund my paid amount Rs. 4900. Firstly they denied and told me to mail on [email protected]. I dropped a mail on 13 May 23 and requested to process for return & refund. I received call from their agent Kajal stating that we can accept your return but the product need to be shipped from your end to our address, no pickup facility available & the refund will be in kreeva wallet not back to the source (back account). Their return policies are worst & not aligned with other E-commerce companies like Amazon, Myntra. They are just in business of looting people in terms of selling worst quality cloths in high prices. There are so many peoples they fooled & looted. They cannot block money of customer who has shopped from their site and placed a return. There should be fair policies of return & refund back to source (the bank account of customer). Please take a strict action against such frauds.
