Eoi of Rs 100000 was submitted for tata new heavens bahadurgarh. I was told by the sales representative that if i don’t go ahead with booking the eoi is 100% refundable. i visiting site with my family and they did not liked the flat and i did not proceed with booking. I have asked for return of eoi but even after passing of 20 days same is not returned.
It is being told that it is stuck with finance dept of tata realty.
