I have booked an apartment in tata value homes – new ribbon walk mambakkam.
And paid online registration rs-30000 and rs – 100000 and signed the agreement. After a week of signing agreement the sales executive who handle my case came up with a discussion of asking rs 100000 aprrox additional money should be paid due to miscalculation of floor raising charges from their end.
I said i cannot pay any additionai amount i want to cancel the apartment and refund my money back. Later she said we will get that waived off an get approval for the same. But still i want to withdraw my application and communicated the same.

They dragged more than a month to get agreed with my cancellation and finally agreed to pay back my money with suppressing my online registration money of 30000 and pay the remaining without interest within 15 working days.

Since 2 months over i am not able get my money back even after they crossed their committed date 2 times. Their is no proper response and don’t believe it is a corporate group.

I never expected this from a tata group.

I advice people not to consider tata as a corporate in real estate.
