I booked Tata housing new haven peenya near tumkur road in 2013 and facing below problems.
1- at the time of booking they said possession will be end of 2016. Now i received possession letter ( demand note) but without any compensation. delayed almost 18 months.
2- I availed the 10% annually rebate offer from 4th of November 2016 but very strange it was not included in Demand note which one i received yesterday only added base amount. It should be mentioned in demand note till due date as offer was like that.
already sent an escalation email to [email protected] but usually no response…
