This is for Tata Housing Goa Paradise,
I have been trying to hunt down the Relationship Manager, to finalise the cancellation/refund for my flat, though i was given the details and after which i requested to process the cancellation and refund, there has been no further communication whether the case has been processed and by which date the refund will be credited to my account again. I was promised that it will take 7 days for the entire process and action and refund, it has been more than 15 days and no sign of refund, neither any communication about the progress, the CRM has changed more then twice already and right now there is no CRM assigned. hoping to get some formal response to me over my email. – Frazer Vaz
