Don’t take any of their membership programs. False promises are made by the sales team regarding the availability of all the hotels of your choice, but when it comes time to make a reservation, new rules and regulations are announced, and the sales team does not return calls. The reservation team sends a copy-and-paste response with the instructions to take what is offered or to decline it while withholding their name from the email. I wasted my time and money and committed a serious error.
