I can’t believe I was conned out of 80,000 by Ms. Bhumika and Mr. Sahil Mathur and their team. They promised to refund your money within 10 working days if you’re not satisfied, but that’s not really the case. Please exercise caution when purchasing a membership from these people. I asked them to refund my money the very next day after discovering their fraud while they were staying at the Radha Regent Hotel in Electronic City. They responded by saying they would get your money back soon, so please have faith, but it was all a scam. They won’t give you a chance to reconsider. I filed a police complaint against this business today, naming Sahil and Ms. Bhumika as the defendants.
My friend, who works in consumer court, suggested that we file complaints with each of Bengaluru’s 3, 4, and 5 Star hotels so that it won’t happen to anyone else. Please email if you have any complaints about them so that we can expose them to the entire country.
