From fortune park vacation, the name was recently changed to this new fraud name. Reviews with 4 and 5 stars were all purchased. Even after receiving numerous notices from the authorities, they fail to even show up in court.
They still have no intention of even representing themselves in court after four court dates. Each time, the legal team is absent.
For these individuals, I only have one word: FRAUD!!

When selling you the package, they make a lot of promises and offer you a lot of tempting hotel options, but when it comes to actually providing the service or making the reservation, they completely let you down. Since I’ve been a member for the past two years, I can attest in writing that not a single booking has gone smoothly.
The sales team, who made you so many promises, has abandoned you, and the reservation team is so incompetent that you will feel as though you are speaking to a brick wall.

Their main selling point is that they can give you options even if it’s prime real estate hunting season and you can’t find anything. This line is a scam, I assure you! The truth is that they continue to torture you by insisting there are no options, forcing you to settle for accommodations of a lower caliber even when it’s not even peak season or high demand. They refuse to offer that option either, even though you can easily book a hotel listed on their website yourself through other portals.

They completely abuse your situation, make you feel helpless, and take all of your money up front before leaving you with them.

Strong Recommendation: Avoid investing your hard-earned money with such con artists; they will only add to your stress rather than relieve it.

First of all, there were only 3 trips, and you are also deceiving the public in your feedback. One trip each to Singapore, Jodhpur, and Bhimtal.
Please also attach an email change to demonstrate how easy the process was for each step of this trip. There was not a single booking that lasted longer than a week without conflicts. Every booking is denied by your team.

Currently, your team is also failing to provide me with service and not even returning my emails. I have tried for the past two years to view things positively, but every time I request a reservation, your reservation team makes me second-guess my choice. Let’s take it to the customer forum and find out who is sincere here!
