Early this year, I purchased a membership to Fortune Park Vacation. When I signed up for the membership, I was promised the ability to travel to Europe (Switzerland, France, and Belgium) for a total of no more than 21 days in a calendar year. They are now denying that they can offer any kind of stay there.
Additionally, they are demanding payment from us for an exchange offer that was not covered by the contract.

Additionally, they claimed to offer 5-star accommodations, but all I can see are the star hotels they are offering at prices even lower than what I paid to become a member.

Consequently, I want my money back. I made a payment of Rs. 1,72,000 but have not yet used any of their services.

The Pacific Holiday World is now the company’s new name. When I asked to cancel my membership, I was informed that it was not possible due to the new company policy. We called their customer service numerous times and left more than 15 emails, but it was to no avail. This company’s response and service are incredibly disappointing.

We must terminate the membership and request a refund.
