After I purchased my car, I started getting 100 of calls from this company to visit nearby hotel for some offers on vacation. When I reached there they brainwashed us and tricked us to make on table decision to buy their subscription for Rs. 1 Lakh. I was told if I have any issue later and I do not want to proceed with the subscription my money will be refunded on pro rata basis at any point of time no question asked.
Next day after buying my subscription I requested for cancellation after seeing negative reviews for this company. They told me to try their service first in order to be eligible for refund. I tried to avail their service for the first time but I was told their is no availability of hotels at my preferred location. After lots of hassle and mental torcher by their customer service finally I was able to confirm the booking with them at Mussoorie for 3 nights stay. Our experience was really bad with the service. The hotel was average 3 star but the room that was booked for us by the Pacific Holiday World was the cheapest available in that hotel. It was in basement. The room that we got remain available for Rs.1500-2000 on internet. We felt cheated and right after our vacation we demanded cancellation and refund. I was promised better service next time. I planned another vacation with my parents to Rishikesh in Feb 2024. I was straightaway denied the service. It’s a pure torture to deal with their customer service. Finally after lots of communication they offered me a hotel in Rishikesh outskirts and asked us to pay Rs. 15000 for AMC. I denied to avail the service because the hotel that they were offering is freely available for Rs.2000/night with breakfast included. I booked the same hotel and stayed for the same amount of time for everything included for just Rs.10000. Plus they lied to me saying this is the only available hotel and only available room in that hotel. The fact is when we visited the entire hotel was empty and it was only our room that was booked. They promise 5 star and 4 star hotel but in reality they can’t even provide 2 star accommodation and top of that they charge Rs. 10-15 thousand as AMC for each vacation after taking such huge money for subscription.

These were enough for me. I can’t get myself tortured each time I needed a vacation by their customer service. They completely ruin the mood and experience of vacation with their chea tactics. I got fed up and asked for cancellation and refund again. Now I am being told that I can’t get my subscription cancelled and can’t get refund. Please help me in getting my subscription cancelled and getting my refund processed. I don’t want to avail their useless service at all.
