They are complete frauds. Never keep your promises. When they need to sell us a package, they come in with a sir sir greeting and give us only a portion of the information; however, once we accept the package, the company forces us to upgrade it and add more money to it. They merely respond to inquiries by saying, “We don’t know about the salesperson, but if you want to book, you have to upgrade.” For more than two years, I have not been able to book any appointments. If I inquire one month beforehand, they respond that it is too early; however, if I do so around 15 days beforehand, they respond that it is too late; therefore, I should try again later.
They also love to say that we are fully booked due to the extremely busy season. regardless of the season—summer, winter, or any other. They will claim to be booked and ask for flexible dates, but even after being given a number of options, their response regarding booking will still be unfavorable. Now that they neither have reservations nor are refunding my money, I’m so frustrated. I am in a bind. Never, ever, ever believe these con artists. You’ll be left feeling utterly let down.
