I specifically asked for the Novotel Deira Dubai City Centre, but they instead provided me with other, less desirable options. Additionally, the response time is so slow that I received this update 10 days after I submitted my query. Me and my wife are both extremely unhappy with the level of service that PACIFIC HOLIDAYS is offering.

It is quite surprising and shocking to me how much has changed since the day we visited their session. After giving it a lot of thought, we have decided to cancel our membership and receive a full refund of the money we have already paid because we haven’t used their services.

The final conclusion they mentioned after numerous phone calls and emails for roughly a month is “Dear Member,

Thank you for the enclosed letter; we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. This is to let you know that membership is non-cancelable and non-refundable because we haven’t been turned down anywhere for the services.We humbly ask that you give us a chance so that we can best display our services.

My point is that if they had included hotel services with one of their listings, there wouldn’t have been a problem, but instead they provided other inexpensive options with which I am not at all happy. So this is undoubtedly a way to defraud the customers, especially me. I want to know exactly how to cancel my membership and receive a full refund from them.
