When you try to choose a hotel, they always say that they are sold out and suggest that you take an exchange destination instead, which is more expensive and you can find directly online. What are the advantages of becoming a hotel member?
Even if your dates are flexible for domestic travel, you must pay more for exchange destinations. even if you try to make a reservation more than 1-2 months in advance. How is it possible that a business would not have accommodations, despite receiving a request 2-3 months in advance and with a flexible request for dates and locations?
This is the fourth time it has happened to me, and I am beyond frustrated.
