I paid 50,000 for a three-year membership. I had stated that our family of four has four members when I first applied for membership. I was advised to book a package for a studio room that can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children (over the age of 6), and to add an extra bed for a fourth person at a cost of 1000 + GST. According to their policy, children over the age of six are regarded as adults.
Now that I am making travel plans, I have learned that a studio room can only accommodate a maximum of 3 adults, and that if I want to accommodate a fourth person, I must book a separate room at the rate of the hotel.
What I was told when I joined is completely different from this. According to what I was told, the studio room can accommodate 3 adults, and I can add a fourth person for a fee of 1000 plus GST.
Whatever the salesperson and staff members promise, it is complete nonsense and a very long way from reality.
Imagine traveling and needing to reserve a separate room for children under the age of 18 (my son is one such child).
I had a terrible experience with them and would not advise anyone to use their services.
Anuja, a salesperson, and her manager (whose name I can’t recall), are both serial liars.
I’m preparing to visit the consumer court right away.
