My name is Hameem, and I’m from Bangalore. On November 22, 2022, I was invited to a hotel in Whitefield to pick up some free coupons, but I wound up losing 2.4L to them on my credit card. They made no comments regarding the agreement. The membership can be cancelled within the first month, as promised.
It was all a lie. There, we encountered Mr. Harish Kumar and Paras Sharma.
The very next day after we requested that they cancel their membership and issue a refund, they began joking around with us. We have finally filed a complaint at the Whitefield police station.
The tricky part is that Mr. Paras Sharma, a member of the sales team, called us on November 24, 2022, and asked us to accept a complimentary stay. He also informed us that, in the event of our dissatisfaction, he would inform the business to refund the money since the customer had used our services and was dissatisfied.
We have those calls’ call recordings, and we will legally take them.
At 6:00 PM, they simply respond to our emails and shut down their computers.
In major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Dwarka, Delhi, etc., they only commit fraud.
Therefore, think twice before paying them. Even refusing to ask for your permission to make the payments. They will take your card and start the transaction under the pretense of a free EMI check.
Two female representatives will arrive at the same time to collect our spouses’ signatures; they weren’t aware of this because they had called us in relation to the voucher and ended up getting my wife’s signature.
This is so pitiful.
