The Pacific Holiday World — Unfair and unethical Trade practices and scamming people with fake promises

Recently, they offered us a free vacation because I purchases a car and called us for a meeting with my credit card. During the meeting, they distracted me with fake promises such as 4 star and 5 star resorts and low fees and while I was distracted, took signatures from my spouse on a contract of 10 years and 2.8 Lac INR. Within 3 hours of signing the contract, my son researched about this company online and found out that they engage in fraud and unfair trade practices. We also studied various reviews online and found that they were fake. Also, because of this mistrust, I felt it very unsafe to let them handle my vacation plan.
Therefore, within 15 hours of signing the contract, I called up the relevant salespeople Rahul Rajput and Anas asking them to cancel contract. They agreed to cancel the provided we pay certain cost (30k INR)(Call recorded as proof). Then next day they said that we have to use their service once and only then the contract would be cancelled on the grounds of dissatisfied service. We told them that we are already dissatisfied by the way in which we have been treated by the Salespeople and don’t feel safe trusting them with our vacation. They said that the contract cannot be cancelled if we don’t take 1st service. This is an unethical trade practice.
To summarize, my complaint is that these people have been cheating people with fake promises and taking their hard earned money. Then, even though the Terms say that the contract can be cancelled in 7 days, they won’t cancel it unless we use their service once (forcefully). This is a very unfair way of doing business and therefore this company needs to be blacklisted
