Thecrockery – I haven’t received my product yet nor I have got amy information regarding the shipping of my product

On 16th March, 2021 I have seen an advertisement of “thecrockery” on Instagram. So I checked their website and have ordered CMARINE BLUE NONSTICK COOKWARE SET – 14 PIECE × 1 worth Rs. 399.00 via Razorpay cards_upi_netbanking_wallets_ method on 16th March, 2021. I have got an mail on that day. My order no. Is 21186 according to that mail. After that it has been 8 days I haven’t received any further information. I have checked their page but it’s my UNAVAILABLE. Even I cannot track my order. In that case I want my Rs 399 back as early as possible. Please look into the matter. It’s urgent.
