Incorrect product delivered, no response for refund
Hello team,

There is no kind of acknowledgement or response from them even after 2 days.

I had ordered the kw8x model, but have received an incorrect and stupid model instead

The customer care number is switched off and still no response.

Request you to please initiate the refund immediately, as now there are several complaint against the site now.
