I broght w1 Smartwatch Android 6.0 version with heart beat sencer.
But when the product come it is different which I order.
I put the return option but the email comes that delivery item can’t return. tell me how could it be possible before I unpack the product how could I know that which is right or wrong product. please help me to get the right product or money back. I pay rs.3199 for the product. But send me an ordinary product which amount maybe 900 only.

Help me to get the right item.
