I want to submit complaint against online shopping company name www.thewristbuddy.com.
I was ordered a smart watch through online shopping on 11 feb 2018 KW 8X Android 5.1 Bluetooth Smartwatch with Heart rate sensor
, Pedometer, calling, 3G , wifi and IOS compitible.
Through company’s online shopping page. They send me order confirmation no. #201735256 by email and Mobile SMS . And they delivered a parcel on 14 Feb 2018 by Blue Dart courier company with AWB# 59661929563 on cash on delivery basis. I was paid ₹ 2662 only. But when I opened the parcel the product is totally different. It did not exist like shown by company advertising on page. Then I was realised they cheated me. Please register my complaint against company and take a hard action as early as possible. Thats why they do not try to cheat any other person like me. With this complaint I am attaching company’s online link, please check it how they cheat people. Thank you.
