RESEND 2ND TIMES!

My daughter Booked return ticket from hamburg to Jakarta by online. She used my credit card BNI signature.

Then I received notification 2 times from Emirates Air and from Travel Genio and they debited my card by euro 791.36 ( Travelgenio ) and euro 798.76 ( emirates air ) for 1 passenger and 1 ticket only!

My daughter call Emirates and they cant refund ( its okay for me because emirates already issue eticket for my daughter )

But TRAVELGENIO also refused to refund ( WHY??? You even didnt issue ticket for my daughter / and its impossible to isuue double ticket for same passenger same flight same destination same time of flight…)

It is happened June 26th 2018.
