My flight from Pune – Abu Dhabi- Athens booked on jet airways through Travelgenio with booking reference DLOHGE was cancelled by the airline and I am awaiting a refund for the same from travelgenio. I am unable to get in touch with their customer care despite repeated attempts. Anyone looking to book through this website be assured of very poor (NO) customer service.
