Through the Tripodeal app, I have purchased a ticket for an Air India flight from Mumbai to Jamnagar.
Although the payment transaction was completed, the ticket booking was not finalised.
sent them a note right away explaining the situation and asking for a refund of the money.
They have not responded and have made no refunds.
