I booked my apartment in Kolkata Unitech Fresco Tower 3 in March 2012 with a contractual time of delivery in around 40 months from the date of booking which comes to approximately July 2015 timeframe.

But till todate (April 2017) there is no update to any status on the property since Jan 2016.

My repeated calls to the Kolkata office always is responded back with a future date which unfortunately has been a moving target all the time.

I am at a loss now as to what to expect from such an unscrupulous business. My concerns mainly stem from the fact that I am nearing retirement and need to have my own dwelling unit in India.

I have just two more payments to make before the final delivery.

Can you please address this fiasco.
