We booked an apartment in tower 2 of harmony in unitech uniworld city, kolkata, years back. We do not live in india and it is impossible to track them. We paid a lot of money but there has been no prgress whatsoever in the project. The last time we visited india, we spoke to unitech. They were absolutely of no help, refused to communicate with us and we are now in a helpless situation. Is there an association in kolkata for harmony buyers we can talk to? Also, what can we do? This is an outrageous duping of honest customers and their hard earned money
