I’m one of the flat buyers of the above mentioned project which was supposed to be completed in 2016 but till date nothing much is done in construction and now they are asking for more money, please suggest what legal action can i take as it was my hard earned money. Also i bought this flat in resale so i’ve paid almost half of the price of the flat value. Now my money is stuck and i don’t know what to do and where to go. Now they are asking for more money which i don’t have know as my financial condition is not good now, please help
